Photograv settings

   Hi, 
I recently had to swap computers and reinstall all the laser machine software. Machine connects and etches, however it seems to be working in opposite. For instance, when printing on black marble, what would show up on the artwork as black, would print white. Currently it's doing the opposite, what is white - actually a 5-10%black - is printing and black is 'clear'.

I'm not sure if it's a photograv setting that we missed for processing the bmp file. Any help would be greatly appreciated.
